Citrine Bracelets
Citrine is a sparkling yellow stone that has often been associated with health and well-being. It is the birthstone for the month of November, and in some lists, the anniversary present for the thirteenth year of marriage. According to New Age beliefs, it is supposed to increase self-esteem. Western astrology associates it with the signs of Gemini, Virgo, and Libra.

Citrine Bracelets with Lampwork Beads

This citrine bracelet has some of the prettiest citrine nuggets I've ever had! They are faceted; they tend to be longer, and they are a nice clear colour without being transparent. There are many citrine beads I've seen on the market today that could live up to these yellow floral lampwork beads from James Derrick Reeves with their beautiful colours. In keeping with the lampwork colours, I added aqua blue chalcedony to the bracelet (i'd had these faceted chalcedony squares and wasn't sure where to use them). Plenty of sterling silver complete the two stranded citrine bracelet.

The sterling silver wrapped beads are from the Thai Karen Hill Tribes as is the sterling silver intricate rose charm that hangs with two other charms from one side of the bracelet. A small Turkish round filigree sterling silver charm hangs beside the Bali toggle clasp. Citrine is the November birthstone and this citrine bracelet would make a great birthday gift!  Blue SunshineThis double strand citrine bracelet is definitely a happy bracelet. The bracelet has a smaller strand of little genuine citrine rondelles, citrine chips, and some citrine rounds; the larger strand consisits of citrine nuggets, sterling silver beads and accents and lampwork beads in yellow and blue from Burt Gumeson, a lampwork bead artist. Citrine is the only gemstone used in this bracelet. A sterling silver star shaped toggle clasp has a flower and a leaf charm hanging beside it. All components are sterling silver. Citrine is the major player in this citrine bracelet with two strands rendered in sterling silver, but it does get a bit of help from other elements. Marvelous borosilicate beads are from Lynn Nurge; the opaque beads are ocean jasper and mookite, chosen specifically for their tan and golden tones. The second strand is a heavier linked chain from the Thai Karen Hilltribes dangling charms of sterling silver and citrine (the silver disks areare engraved with an ohm symbol). A sterling silver toggle clasp is the closure.
