Butterflies and flowers, the badges of Spring, give this cultured freshwater pearl necklace the theme of renewal that is emphasized by the use of cultured freshwater pearls, especially two in the form of crosses. The pearls are complimented by some of Cluny's favorite stones, sharply faceted pink Botswana agates. The double strand pearl necklace has cube, bicone and butterfly shaped Swarovski crystals mixed among the pearls. Turkish silver mark the division of the necklace from double strands into one. In the middle, four sterling tubes stacked on one another dangle 4 Karen Hill Tribes chains, each featuring a silver pearl and Swarovski crystal at the end. Tiny little sterling Karen Hill Tribes beads are between each Biwa pearl. The focal is a large mother of pearl flower with unparalleled lustre and colour. This cultured pearl necklace is feminine and exotic as well with its irregular or "baroque" Biwa pearls fanning out around your neck/shoulders.
