Handcrafted Earrings - Handcrafted Pearl Earrings
The earrings on this page are handcrafted from genuine freshwater pearls (we never use glass pearls), sterling silver, vermeil, 14 karat gold-fill,Swarovski crystals, and gemstones.
We use the earwires that seem to suit the earrings, but many can be changed from fancy to plain earwires, and occasionally from wires to leverbacks.

Handcrafted Pearl Earrings

Handcrafted pearl earrings are very special. The sterling posts have swirls around a freshwater cabochon pearl; the very bottom of the earrings feature a cabochon pearl bezel set in sterling. The largest pearl is a "coin" style heart-shaped freshwater pearl which sits atop a sterling butterfly.

Going in Circles
This are silver grey Biwa pearls that are flatish with ringed ridges around them They are not quite like any Biwa pearls I've ever seen before, and I like them so much that I've ordered more. They are paired with sterling silver hand-decorated chain from the Thai Karen Hill Tribes. These handcrafted pearl earrings hang from Bali sterling silver earwires with a small flower design on the front.

These handcrafted pearl earrings feature the deepest and brightest blue coin pearls I've ever had - nice rather thick ones, not the paper thin ones. The pearls are topped with sterling silver accents then Swarovski crystal bicones with an AB finish. The pearl earrings hang from sterling silver earwires with a simple half-bead design on the front.

Square coin pearls in peacock are what I call "Baroque" because they have a bumpy, uneven nacre (which I really like) with tons of iridiscence. To match their shimmer, Swarovski crystals in silver shade and Karen Hill Tribes sterling silver complete these handcrafted pearl earrings. The earrings hang from the simplest sterling silver earwires with nly a bead and coil decoration.

Kidney shaped earwires of sterling silver feature a two-tone design with four gold beads on the front that make these handcrafted pearl earrings incredibly versatile. Each earring has two parts: a length of large circles leading down to a Swarovski crystal Helix bead in the "Silk" colour; the second part features a flat Biwa freshwater pearl in a pale peachy colour enclosed with sterling silver and Swarovski "Silk" bicones. The pearls themselves are really the same colour as the "Silk" Swarovski crystals. All sterling silver and genuine freshwater pearls.

These handcrafted pearl earrings are made of good sized coin pearls (a little more than 1/2 inch in diameter> and have a deep rich golden-copper colour. The earrings hang from simple vermeil (24 karat gold layered over sterling silver) earwires and are decorated with little 14 karat gold-filled beads. These pearl earrings are about 1 and 1/2 inches long.
