Returns and Refunds
Sometimes it may be necessary for you to return your Cluny Grey Unique Handcrafted Jewelry. The colour may not have matched that special outfit, the chunky bracelet looks too big on your small-boned frame.... Do remember that if fit is an issue, we resize our jewelry free of charge - anytime - even a year later (you lost all that weight and now that bracelet is just a bit too big!
If you wish to return, we ask you please to:- Let us know within 3 to 5 days of receiving your jewelry so that we haven't already taken it off our website (this saves us work), and so that our credit card merchant fees are returned to us by the credit card company.
- Send it back well-packaged so that it won't be damaged (save our packaging and just slip it into a new envelope).
- Send it back to one of our 2 return addresses listed at the end of this page.
Notes:
(1)We return money through Paypal unless you sent us a money order or personal check; then we may return your money in the same form.
(2) We do not have a restocking fee, but since our shipping is free, we do refund minus 1.95 for our charge for shipping the jewelry to you. The fee is 1.95 even if it cost us more to ship it to you. The fee is per package shipped not per jewelry item.
