Lariat necklaces are not a modern invention in the jewelry world; they have been around probably as long or longer than necklaces have had clasps since one of the easiest ways to wear a long string of beads is simply to tie it in a simple knot in front or double it and drop it through its own loop.

This is a lariat necklace of rings... twisted rings, large ones, small ones, but all sterling. Swarovski crystals in peridot and Indocolite are larger sizes from 100mm to 16mm. Two lampwork beads mix the colours of peridot and Indocolite and form the lower part of the lariat. Elegant and unique! Personal favorite!

Chloe's Angel
Lariat necklace is one of our "minimalist" designs, but is certainly not minimal on style! A large twisted circle allows the other end of the chain to go through it to form the lariat. Golden Shadow Swarovski crystals have the perfect "gleam factor" for day or evening. This lariat has two Swarovski crystal rings of two different sizes hanging down in front but can also be worn backward.... Large Swarovski crystals are round, graphic, cosmic and butterfly-shaped.  Lengthy Luxury
The sterling silver chain on this lariat necklace is almost a full 60 inches long - that's 5 feet. Why do long? So that you can wear it in one of Cluny's favorite ways: double from the center, then slip the two ends through the center loop. Wear it tight against your neck or loose. Let either side hang lower or keep them the same length. (Cluny loves to wear scarves this way, too). If you want a "chatelaine" look, just drop it around your neck and loosely knot it in front and let it hang down past your waist. Not for everyone, but then, you don't want your jewelry to be, do you?

Lariat Necklaces with Gemstone Beads

Lariat necklace features some of the prettiest speckled agate I've ever seen: golden coloured speckled with a pale pink and almost translucent in places. The agate beads are wirewrapped and introduced into the unique sterling silver chain that forms the lariat. The lariat chain is made up of two circles and an oval. At the end of the lariat is a gemstone angel in a golden colour on one side and a reddish cross on the other. The large agate coins on the lariat are about 20mm with a smaller oval. The lariat necklace can be worn several different ways featuring either the angel or the cross. The entire lariat is long - around 30". Give this lariat necklace to the angel in your life!
